Allyssa Pascente joined the Pacific Listings team in late 2011 during its preliminary stages of growth. She played a key role in the company’s early successes, and has since proven to be a critical part of the organization’s long-term stability. She has been trusted to oversee the company’s daily operations for over half a decade, and her knowledge is of tremendous value to our clients. Allyssa oversees matters of client satisfaction, account management, billing/bookkeeping, lease agreements, business development support, team training, marketing, photography scheduling, tenant relations, etc. She is a masterful multi-tasker, and perfectly suited for her demanding role.

She initially took an interest in real estate when she moved to Los Angeles in 2010. Having been through the process of finding her home in Santa Monica, she recognized a missing niche in the industry that had yet to be perfected by any local firm. When she learned about Pacific Listings, and its role in the rental marketplace, it piqued her interest immediately. She was a natural fit within our company’s ambitious culture, and her skillset quickly grew along with the company. She pursued her license, and has been an active CA DRE licensee since June 2017.

Allyssa has been living in Santa Monica for 12+ years. She has built and maintained relationships with over 200 unique local landlords and management companies. Additionally, Allyssa has experience working with top agents and brokers in real estate transactions in Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Santa Monica. In recent years, she has served as a real estate consultant seeing clients through the BRRRR method of real estate investing. In their pursuit of creating generational wealth through cash flow positive multi and single-family residential purchases; coupled with successful leasing efforts; Allyssa has been a creative strategist for success. Her client base owns buildings/homes in Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Texas, Arizona, and California.

Allyssa understands that owning and managing rental properties in Los Angeles often comes with its fair share of frustrations. Her primary objective is to improve the ownership experience for our multi-family clients. She has worked hand in hand with countless landlords to mitigate vacancy rates, eliminate leasing headaches, and fill their vacancies with well qualified renters.
